At Khuba The Brand, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

✨ Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on full-priced products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Free from stains, makeup, perfume, or pet hair

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

👕 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

🛠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it out ASAP.
